In early April I traded my 2005 honda in and purchased a 2020 Subaru Outback. My sales lady Victoria was very polite and helped with any questions my friend and i had about the Subaru. Victoria called me the following day and asked again if we had any questions regarding our purchased which I appreciated very much. when the time comes to purchase another vehicle I will go to Williams Honda first. We were in search of a new family vehicle and had never considered a KIA in the past. From solid ratings and a neighbor who recently had a good experience at the Williams dealership, I stopped in a cold and snowy Saturday morning. Rob was great to work with. Every one was so friendly the minute I walked in the dealership. I was met at the door and greeted by a friendly staff. My salesman, David was knowledgeable about the cars he was showing. David and the staff answered all my questions.
The Service group is doing a great job. Justin and Matt are a pleasure to work with. Their stock is high enough that if I ever have a tense issue going forward, I trust they will take care of me. Keep it up TC KIA, and keep these guys.
Both servicing for November's new snow tires with wheels and April's swap back to summer tires were flawless. Also did an excellent job mounting a new trailer hitch and some trim on the doors. Great job everyone!

Josh McCoy was a life saver! My batttery randomly died and I was stranded at a gas station when I was supposed to be picking my girlfriend up at the airport. Josh had me back on the road within an hour! He was a knight in shining armor! Thanks again Josh for such wonderful customer service!
My buying experience was excellent. Lisa and Zack worked with me and I couldn't say enough about how the whole experience went. Rick Mihalic made perfect contacts and follow-ups. Austin was stellar in going over the operation of the vehicle........twice. I really appreciated it. Thank you Zack, Rick, and Austin. A special thanks to Lisa, and a special good health.
Gary Schram was very accomodating during our visit and eventually leading us the purchase. The transaction was smooth and were able to drive with the vehilcle in less than 2 hours….
